As far as I know, this is the only bubbly of its kind produced domestically, and it’s a total crowd pleaser, with racy acidity countering the sweetness and producing a balanced finish that’s clean with lingering pineapple and spice. I’d serve this where a Moscato d’Asti would seem to be too light. Available everywhere! A Platinum Award winner at the 2019 Sommelier Challenge International Wine & Spirits Competition.
