An extremely pleasing and drinkable wine, and although it has a high alcohol grade this never overpowers its fruity character. Its red colour has Bordeaux reflections and the slow trickle from the edge of the glass confirms its optimal concentration and good body. The palate is caressed by a smooth tannin content typical of the Nebbiolo grape and by a warm and enveloping flavour. Pair with ham and salami, vitello tonnato, tajarin and ravioli, white meats.

Closed in a screw cap bottle, the Rivetto dal 1902 2018 Langhe Nebbiolo opens to a light ruby color and bright aromas. The bouquet offers wild cherry, crushed rose and candied licorice. This wine ages in oak for one year and has emerged with softly integrated tannins and a silky mouthfeel. This quietly balanced wine could pair with a spit-roasted chicken. An ample 20,000 bottles were made.
