Powerful and tasty on the palate. Very fruity wine, with a balanced freshness and a long aftertaste in which all these nuances reappear amplified. Pairs perfectly with roast fish, such as Sea bass or Gilthead bream. Equally enjoyable with a mushroom risotto.
