With a lovely pale gold colour, the Viognier Les Jamelles is rich and very aromatic, with notes of apricot and white peach. There are also floral nuances (acacia flower). This wine is round in the mouth, with great freshness and shows an exceptional balance between richness and acidity. The tasting ends with a nougat finish. Served chilled, Viognier is ideal as an aperitif or to accompany Asian cuisine (seafood and fish) or asparagus. It will be perfect on a fruit tart.
