Wine EnthusiastA deep purple color and beefy berry aromas give this Malbec up-front strength. In the mouth, this is alert due to prodding acidity. Cherry, plum and berry flavors are textbook, while this is saucy tasting on a direct finish.
Wine SpectatorLithe, with an underlying crispness to the cherry, plum and dried raspberry flavors. Floral accents show on the finish. Drink now through 2021.
Wine AdvocateThe grapey and juicy 2017 Malbec 1300 makes a reference to the altitude at which the vineyards are located in the Valle de Uco in Mendoza. The palate shows moderate to low concentration, with lightness and straightforward flavors.
