Natale Verga ProseccoDry, lemony and bubbly with overtones of almond and honey. Chill it down and serve as an aperitif and also matches well with calamari and crabmeat dishes." Winemaker's Notes Staff Comments: This is one of our favorite Proseccos! Teeny-tiny bubbles with lots of flavor. Very dry and very refreshing; hints of pears, vanilla beans, white raspberries, and a yeasty limestone finish. Just beautiful! Serve this with a spicy tomato salsa, Pecorino cheese and your favorite chicken salad or nice with a Mediterranean chicken pizza. Worth every penny! *An Argonaut Select Product.
Domaine Charles Sparr Crémant d'Alsace Brut Rosé NVStaff Comments: This is a brut rose from France and gorgeous! 100% Pinot Noir. Aromas of strawberries, and ripe raspberries. The bubbles are tiny, resulting in big flavor; orange peel, vanilla bean, a touch of brioche, with a zesty cranberry finish. Dry and elegant. Pair this with spicy guacamole, fried chicken (yes fried chicken!) and have this at your next Holiday party! This exquisite sparkler is made to the highest standards of the Traditional Méthode. The grape variety used, Pinot Noir, must be patiently transformed to allow time for its personality to develop. Staff Comments: An amazing sparkling rose from France! A deep salmon color that is flavorful and refreshing. Hibiscus and cranberries on the nose, this is so gorgeous we wanted more! Delicious red apples, pomegranates, cherries jubilee, with soft, dry finish. Pair this with red peppered calamari, a country French dip with au jus, or strawberries and cream.

The clean long finish makes for a great cocktail wine or a light food companion. Staff Comments: This is an unoaked/organic chardonnay from Argentina. Myer lemon and sea salt on the nose.
