2018 Projection Cabernet Sauvignon - Staff Comments: This is from Ukiah, California and just intense! Smoky cherries, black raspberries, mocha, plums and wild herbs. Full bodied and young; this will age beautifully. The finish is big and the tannins are soft. Pair this with grilled artichokes, jambalaya, Colorado lamb chops and Pepper Jack cheese. 2020 Alban Roblin Sancerre - Staff Comments: A gorgeous Sancerre from France! 100% Sauvignon blanc that just sings! Tangerines and peach blossoms on the nose; fragrant and elegant. Melon, satsuma, honeysuckle, with a racy spiced pear finish. Serve this with a buffalo fried chicken salad. Maryland crab cakes, or a pecan crusted tilapia. Was $33.99, with e-mail $20.99.

Les Andides Cremant - Staff Comments: A gorgeous blend of Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc. Tiny bubbles and explosive on flavor! Lemon/lime zest that tickles your nose and palate. 2020 Vetriccie Rose - Staff Comments: This is a three grape rose from Corsica. Dry, refreshing and just delicious! Spring strawberries, hints of rhubarb and hibiscus, with a touch of sea salt and ripened apples. 2018 Pessimist Red – Rated 92 points Jeb Dunnuck - The Pessimist cuve by the Daou Brothers is always a good value for those who love opulent fruit, and the 2018 offers loads of sweet blue fruits, white chocolate, violets, and toasted spice aromas and flavors. Based on 62 Petite Sirah, 19 Zinfandel, and 17 Syrah, its full-bodied, decadent, and rich while staying light on its feet. I’d be happy to drink it, only $23.99.
