Staff Comments: This is one of our favorite Proseccos! Teeny-tiny bubbles with lots of flavor. Very dry and very refreshing; hints of pears, vanilla beans, white raspberries, and a yeasty limestone finish. Just beautiful! Serve this with a spicy tomato salsa, Pecorino cheese and your favorite chicken salad or nice with a Mediterranean chicken pizza. Worth every penny!
