Staff Comments: From the South of France and beautiful! A unique blend of Chardonnay, Chenin, and Pinot Noir. Dry crisp and so refreshing. Layers of ruby red grapefruit, pomelo, starfruit and Luxardo cherries. This sparkles and dances on your tongue with a nice golden raspberry and brioche finish! Serve this with crab dip, strawberries and cream or hazelnut blonde brownies.

Lovely pink colour with brilliant highlights. Elegant and regular bead. Subtle nose, combining the freshness and fruity bouquet of Cabernet franc (red berries, strawberry, cherry). Lively initial impression on the palate, with a well-balanced structure, and an elegant follow-through. Lovely and persistent aftertaste.

Pair this with a summer melon soup, bacon & blue cheese lettuce wedges, or charcuterie.
