You'll need:

2 oz Tequila

1.5 oz grapefruit juice

Moscow Mule

1-1/2 oz. Parts Absolut Vodka
¾ oz. Part Lime Juice
Ginger Beer
1 Wedge Lime

Directions:
Fill copper mug or preferred glassware
with ice and add vodka and lime juice.
Top with ginger beer and lightly stir.
Garnish with lime wedge.


Espresso Martini
2 oz. vodka
1 oz. fresh espresso (cooled)
1 oz. coffee liqueur (like Kahlúa)
0.5 oz. simple syrup (adjust to taste)
Coffee beans, for garnish

Directions:
Brew a shot of fresh espresso and let it cool. In a shaker, combine vodka,
cooled espresso, coffee liqueur, and simple syrup with ice.
Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled. Double strain
into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a couple of coffee beans on top for a sophisticated touch.
Enjoy this delightful cocktail!


Classic Old Fashioned
2 oz. bourbon or rye whiskey
1 sugar cube (or 1/2 tsp sugar)
2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
Orange twist & Ice

Directions:
Place sugar cube in an Old Fashioned glass, add bitters and a splash of water.
Muddle until sugar dissolves. Add ice, then pour in whiskey.
Stir until well-chilled. Garnish with an orange twist.
Perfect for any occasion or a relaxing night in.


Classic Manhattan
2 oz. rye or bourbon whiskey
1 oz. sweet vermouth
2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
Maraschino cherry, for garnish

Directions:
Add whiskey, sweet vermouth, and bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
Stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry. A timeless cocktail for a sophisticated evening.


Aperol Spritz
3 oz. Prosecco
2 oz. Aperol
1 oz. soda water
Orange slice, for garnish

Directions:
Fill a wine glass with ice. Add Prosecco, Aperol, and soda water.
Stir gently to combine. Garnish with an orange slice for a refreshing aperitif.


Whiskey Sour
2 oz. whiskey (bourbon or rye)
0.75 oz. fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz. simple syrup
Lemon wheel and cherry, for garnish

Directions:
In a shaker filled with ice, combine whiskey, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
Shake well and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a lemon wheel and a cherry for a classic cocktail.


Paloma
2 oz. tequila
0.5 oz. fresh lime juice
Grapefruit soda (to top)
Salt for rimming (optional)
Lime wedge, for garnish

Directions:
If desired, run a lime wedge around the rim of a glass and dip in salt.
Fill the glass with ice, then add tequila and lime juice.
Top with grapefruit soda. Garnish with a lime wedge for a refreshing twist.


Mojito
2 oz. white rum
1 oz. fresh lime juice
0.5 oz. simple syrup
Fresh mint leaves (about 10)
Soda water (to top)
Lime wedge and mint sprig, for garnish

Directions:
In a glass, muddle mint leaves with lime juice and simple syrup.
Fill the glass with ice and add rum. Top with soda water and stir gently.
Garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint for a classic Cuban cocktail.


Moscow Mule
2 oz. vodka
1 oz. fresh lime juice
Ginger beer (to top)
Lime wedge, for garnish

Directions:
In a copper mug filled with ice, combine vodka and lime juice.
Top with ginger beer and stir gently. Garnish with a lime wedge for a refreshing, fizzy drink.


Lemon Drop Martini
2 oz. vodka
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz. triple sec
0.5 oz. simple syrup
Sugar for rimming (optional)
Lemon twist, for garnish

Directions:
If desired, run a lemon wedge around the rim of a martini glass and dip in sugar.
In a shaker with ice, combine vodka, lemon juice, triple sec, and simple syrup.
Shake well and strain into the prepared glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist for a sweet and tart cocktail.


Hot Toddy
2 oz. whiskey (bourbon or rye)
1 oz. honey
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
Hot water (to top)
Lemon slice and cinnamon stick, for garnish

Directions:
In a heatproof glass, combine whiskey, honey, and lemon juice.
Top with hot water and stir to combine.Garnish with a lemon slice and a
cinnamon stick for a warm and soothing drink.


Martini
2 oz. gin or vodka
0.5 oz. dry vermouth
Lemon twist or olive, for garnish

Directions:
In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine gin or vodka and dry vermouth.
Stir well and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist or an olive for a classic cocktail.


Smirnoff Vodka Martini

1-1/2 oz. Smirnoff® Vodka
1/4 oz. Dry Vermouth
Lemon Twist

Directions:
Combine Vodka and Vermouth in shaker tin.
Shake or stir as desired then strain into glass, garnish with Lemon Twist


Classic Margarita
2 oz. tequila
1 oz. triple sec
1 oz. fresh lime juice
Salt for rimming (optional)
Lime wheel, for garnish

Directions:
Run a lime wedge around the rim of a glass and dip in salt, if desired.
Combine tequila, triple sec, and lime juice in a shaker with ice.
Shake well and strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a lime wheel for a refreshing, anytime cocktail.

 

Tito's Texas Tea

1-1/2 oz. Tito's Handmade Vodka
1-1/2 oz. freshly brewed tea
3/4 oz. Orange Curacao Liqueur
3/4 oz. fresh sour mix
Dash of honey

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in glass with ice. 
Stir well to combine. 
Garnish and serve. 
Garnish: Mint Sprig
Glass: Collins or Hurricane
  

London Buck

Build 1-1/4 oz. of Tanqueray No. TEN™ Gin
1/4 oz. Fresh lemon juice
Ginger ale (to fill) over ice in a highball glass
Dash bitters on top and garnish with a lemon wheel.

Gin Basil Smash

2 Parts Hendrick's Gin
1 Part Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 Part Sugar Syrup
8 Torn basil leaves
 
Directions:
Add basil to base of cocktail shaker and muddle gently.
Add remaining ingredients and shake hard over ice.
Strain over an ice-filled rocks glass.
 

Bacardi Mojito

2 oz. BACARDÍ SUPERIOR Rum
4 lime wedges
12 fresh Mint Leaves
2 heaped tsp Caster Sugar
2+/- oz. soda water/club soda
Sprig of fresh mint
 
Directions:
Take the lime wedges and squeeze them in the glass.
Gently press together the limes & sugar.
Bruise the mint leaves by clapping them between your palms,
rub them on the rim of the glass and drop them in.
Next, half fill the glass with crushed ice,
add the BACARDÍ SUPERIOR rum & stir.
Top with crushed ice, a splash of soda to taste and a sprig of mint.
 

Morgan's Hot Cider

1.5 oz. Captain Morgan Spiced Rum™
3 oz. Fresh Apple Cider
0.5 oz. Cinnamon Syrup

Directions:
Combine Captain Morgan Spiced Rum™,
Apple Cider and Cinnamon Syrup into mug or glass.
Heat, Stir and Garnish with Fresh Apple Slice.
 

Dark and Stormy

2 oz. Gosling’s Black Seal Rum
Gosling’s Stormy Ginger Beer

Directions:
In a tall glass filled with ice add 4–5 oz. of
Gosling’s Stormy Ginger Beer and
top with Gosling’s Black Seal Rum.
Garnish with a lime wedge (optional).
 Gosling’s Black Seal Rum’s “Signature Drink.”
 

Old Fashioned

Often cited as the original “cocktail,”
the Old Fashioned today is one of the
most called for “Classic” drinks.
Sweet and strong, the Old Fashioned
never really gets old as long as the recipe
includes Maker’s Mark® Bourbon.

1-1/2 oz. Maker’s Mark® Bourbon
Splash of water
2 dashes Angostura® Bitters
1 teaspoon sugar
Orange slice
Maraschino cherry for garnish
Instructions
 
For Classic Old Fashioned:
Dissolve or muddle sugar with a splash
of water in an Old Fashioned glass.
Fill glass 3/4 full of ice
Add Maker’s Mark® Bourbon and bitters and stir.
Garnish with orange slice and maraschino cherry.
For Muddled Old Fashioned:
Muddle sugar, bitters, orange, cherry and water in an Old Fashioned glass.
Remove the orange rind and fill glass 3/4 full of ice
Add Maker’s Mark® Bourbon and stir
 

Washington Apple Shot

1.25 oz. Crown Royal Deluxe Whisky
.25 oz. Apple Schnapps
1.5 oz. Cranberry Juice

Directions:
Glass: Shot Glass
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker of ice
Shake well
Strain into glass
 

Sazerac

2 oz. Wild Turkey Rye
1 tsp. Simple Syrup
1 tsp. Absinthe
4 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Directions:
Swirl absinthe around rocks glass, then discard liquid.
Combine remaining ingredients in shaker with ice and stir until cold.
Strain into absinthe rinsed glass and finish with squeeze of lemon peel.
*Recommended with Wild Turkey Rye, Wild Turkey 101 Rye or Russell’s Reserve 6 Year Rye.
 

Blood and Sand

3/4 oz. Blood orange juice
3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
3/4 oz. Cherry Heering
3/4 oz. Blended Scotch

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a Collins glass,
add another splash of orange juice then flame the zest over it.
Served: Straight up; without ice
Standard garnish: Maraschino cherry, Flamed orange zest
Drinkware: Collins glass, Cocktail glass
 

The Baptiste

- Rémy Martin VSOP
- Lemon juice
- Maple syrup
- Orange bitters
- French cider

Directions:
The perfect aperitif is created by pouring:
1-3/4 oz. Rémy Martin VSOP
2/3 oz. lemon juice
2/3 oz. maple syrup
A dash of orange bitters over cubed ice
Top with French cider and drop in a twist of orange zest
 

Hennessy Sangria

12.5 oz. Hennessy VS (375 ml bottle)
9 oz. red wine (Cabernet Sauvignon or a similar dark red)
4 oz. Fresh mango juice
4 oz. cranberry juice
2 oz. peach schnapps
Garnish: Orange wheels, raspberries, blackberries and peach slices

Directions:
Mix everything except Hennessy together ahead of time,
the longer the time it has to macerate the flavors from the garnishes.
When ready fill with ice, bring to the table and
pour in the 375ml of Hennessy VS in front of the guest.
 

Queen Bee

1½ oz. La Marca Prosecco
1½ oz. New Amsterdam Gin or Citron Vodka
¾ oz. lemon juice
¾ oz. honey syrup
Peeled cucumber slices

Directions:
Muddle the cucumber slices
and shake all ingredients except La Marca.
Strain into a champagne flute while
simultaneously pouring in your Prosecco.
Garnish your gin cocktail with a twist of cucumber peel.
 

Korbel Sparkling Shamrock

1 oz. Finlandia® Tangerine Flavored Vodka
Splash Blue Curaçao
2 oz. orange juice
4 oz. KORBEL® Brut
Lime wedge

Directions:
Pour Finlandia Tangerine Flavored Vodka,
Blue Curaçao and Orange Juice into a shaker with ice.
Shake and strain into a wine glass.
Top with KORBEL.
Garnish with a lime wedge for a
St. Patrick's Day cocktail or to enjoy any time of the year.
