Staff Comments: This is a stunning blend of Tempranillo and Graciano from Spain! Let it breathe for 25 minutes and it just turns to velvet. Woodsy aromas of sage and brambles waft from your glass. Blackberry pie, espresso beans, cherry cola, and rhubarb compote make this sinful. Serve this with Colorado lamb chops, Gazpacho or a corn and cotija cheese dip. The tannins just melt away.
