Tenuta Sant'Antonio Scaia Garganega Chardonnay 2016
After harvest and cold maceration of the whole bunches, the press is filled with a layer of nitrogen, forming an oxygen-free barrier during pressing that concentrates flavors. The wine is then aged in stainless steel with weekly stirring of the lees until bottling. The resulting wine is lush, fruit forward and highly aromatic.
