Staff Comments: A stunningly soft, French Champagne made up of Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay! The first flavor that shows through is a summer rhubarb pie. Notes of wild strawberries, brioche, rose petals and pink grapefruit. This is dry and delicate! Tiny bubbles that lead to big flavor. Pair this with cold crab claws with melted butter, shrimp etouffee, or crispy fried chicken tenders.
