Aaron's notes:

Rose of Pinot Noir and Gamay. Aromas of ripe red fruits like strawberry and raspberry with hints of the typical Loire slate. A rush of fresh strawberry, cranberry and watermelon with touches of honeydew and white peach. This wine is dry, crisp and very refreshing! The finish is surprisingly a little creamy and lasts an eternity! I would pair this wine with Seared Halibut with a habanero pineapple salsa. Goes great with spice. Or a salad with goat cheese.
