This wine has a light garnet-color, with ruby red color gleams. It reveals a very aromatic nose, with red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, cherry) and black fruits aromas (blackcurrant), and some spice quince notes. The attack in the mouth is round, with supple and elegant tannins. This Pinot Noir has a sharp structure from which derives its richness. This wine is full of distinction and subtlety and goes well with all types of cuisine. Ideal for the aperitif or to accompany white meats in sauced, grilled red meats or cave-aged cheese such as aomet o Brie de Maux.
