Full Circle Brewing out of Fresno, CA is another new brewery to the Colorado market. It is the longest established brewery in their area, but was purchased and re-birthed in 2016 by a group of investors in their community. This sour ale pours an opaque, peach / orange color with a small, fizzy, white head that dissipates immediately. Aromas of nectarine burst from the can upon opening. The fruit character on the nose is very heavy, backed by lighter vanilla and a citrus tartness. The body sits at a medium weight with light carbonation and a slightly smooth mouth feel. The palate mirrors the nose along with just a hint of cinnamon. The semi-sweet nectarine follows through on the finish, rounding out the sour aspect.
