Penjamin is a new school take on an old school favorite, pairing modern techniques and ingredients with a vibe that's charmingly antiquated. It's loaded up with some of our favorite, dank-ass resin bombs, Simcoe, Strata and Mosaic, bringing out punchy flavors of pine, cannabis and gas berry goodness on a canvas that's robust as hell, dripping with notes of caramel and subtle chocolate. Don't let the unassuming packaging fool you though, this one packs a punch, clocking a respectable ABV and beckoning you to slow things down and just f**ing relax.
