Aaron's Notes:

This is such a gorgeous example of Napa Chardonnay! It starts with pouring this wine into the glass. Beautiful shades of straw with golden reflections release aromas of Meyer lemon, pineapple, toasted brioche. A rush of ripe fruit opens up to Anjou Pear, citrus notes of lemon and lime and pineapple are smoothed out with notes of crème brulee and toasted vanilla. What an incredible balance this wine strikes with the crisp, dry fruit and the creamy textures brought on by oak aging and malo. I would pair this with grilled swordfish or even a spicy Thai dish.
