The 2018 Pinot Noir Grace Benoist Ranch was aged for 12 months in French oak, 25% new. Pale to medium ruby-purple in color, is delivers notes of wild fungi, forest floor and dried Provence herbs with a core of kirsch, warm raspberries and rhubarb pie. The medium-bodied palate is juicy and refreshing, offering a light chewiness from the the tannins and an herbal lift on the finish. 24,881 cases were made.

This has gritty tart acidity that pushes the palate in freshness and bright fruit. Wild strawberry, cherry and peach flavors combine to complement the acid, finding companionship in mint and dried herb.
