The 2021 Torrontes Crios is a 50/50 blend of grapes from Cafayate & Paraje Altamira. Pale green in the glass. With a nose of jasmine, rose, lime, lychee and hints of herbs, it has good fat and volume for the variety. The freshness is well-integrated and the alcohol unusually and admirably low at 12.5%.
