Delicious, fruity and with a lively balance, this well-rounded and medium-bodied wine offers mild citrus, crisp pear and white peach flavors over good, tangy acidity. It was partially barrel-fermented and benefits from 19% Sémillon.

The 2021 Sauvignon Blanc is outstanding, with a clean, medium-bodied, lively style that's a joy to drink. It's not overly complex, with bright citrus and grapefruit, but the balance is spot on, and it finished clean and dry. It's going to shine on the dinner table.

Packs fresh, vibrant lemon sherbet, lemon curd and a touch of tangerine, with hints of lemon verbena, lemongrass and sea salt on the mouthwatering, citrusy finish. Drink now. 3,799 cases made.

Pungent, boxwood-like scents emerge on the nose of Whitehall Lane's 2021 Sauvignon Blanc. A blend of stainless-steel (75%) and barrel-fermented components (25%), there are some grapefruit and green fig shadings as well. It's medium-bodied, with a pleasant balance between the creamy mid-palate and bright, crisp finish. Drink it young.
