This wine is true to the variety, with a bright acidity attributed to the cool climate of our North Coast vineyards. Sourced from the North Coast, this Sauvignon Blanc expresses flavors indicative of the region in which the grapes were grown: Juicy tropical fruit flavors balanced by a nice acidity for exceptional balance, mouthfeel and a lingering finish, care of delicate floral and bright citrus flavors. The bright acidity and concentrated flavors of Z. Alexander Brown Sauvignon Blanc make it a perfect pair with lighter cuisines like white meats, seafood and green herbs and vegetables. Try it alongside halibut tacos with mango salsa, Asian-style chicken salad or lemon artichoke risotto. For a classic cheese pairing, sample with goat cheese.
