NOSE -Lemon peel, cocoa and crème brûlée.
FLAVOR Crisp, light and refreshing. Honeycomb, nougat and white raisin.
PAIRS WELL WITH Ceviche, raw oysters, tuna tartare, arctic char, sashimi, sushi. Green salads, tempura vegetables. Lightly spicy food, chicken.
